What does Exercise do for your Body?

Exercise is a great way to lose weight, increase your energy, lower stress levels, strengthen your muscles, and improve your sleep quality. Exercise can improve mood, self-esteem and productivity as well as reduce the risk of developing heart disease.

How can I start with fitness?

Start small! Try taking 10 minutes each day to walk around the block. This will show you how to move and give your muscles the time to adjust. Once you've mastered this simple form of exercise, try adding more steps to your daily routine.
