The upper material combines UA’s Compression Mesh Energy Web with HOVR Materials in the midsole for maximum cushioning. The overall fit is both flexible and secure, and they provide an almost runner-like feel. We wore these shoes for up to three miles, and they felt great. The Project Rock 3 shoes are not as comfortable as the Phantom 2 and Havoc 3 but they do offer a lot of improvement.
